Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Lemon Store. We take pride in the quality of our carefully curated selection of products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In that instance, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: While we strive to offer a flexible returns policy, certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods, personalized items, and items purchased on sale.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at hello@littlelemon.store with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned product.
- Send the Product: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Inspecting the Return: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
